11th Street Lodging B&B

I have been running this B&B for over twelve years. By the lack of comments I would have to assume (and I actually know) that a huge majority of my clients have been completely satisfied. These people canceled their stay at 9PM the night they were to arrive. Our policy and ANY other hotel's policy is to charge for that night. Unfortunately that was not good enough for this couple and they started to argue with me. My being firm with them was the only horrid thing I did.

Owner is horrendous, only in it for the money and not the enjoyment of the patrons. Treats complaints and requests with anger and scorn. Horrid person.

Just wanted to say thanks to the owners of 11th Street Lodging B&B. Not only did I have a great time but they were so helpful and full of local knowledge. They told me about all the cool places to check out, get a bevvy, catch a flick and shop. The place is clean and comfortable and in a fab location. Cheers to you guys for making my stay in Calgary among my top five B&B experiences

Having stayed many times in Canada this is the unfriendliest B & B owner I've ever come across! Give it a miss!
