This 1 day intensive includes extremely powerful boundary-setting practices, then exercises with other women to help us to bond, practice surrender, and play like children, including guided instruction and Sensual Massage. There will be nudity, live demo modeling of yoni massage and releasing our stored trauma's, finding our pleasure, empowering one another. Then you will have space to explore and work on a partner at your comfort level. We will also be doing a "Yoni show and tell" where your yoni gets front and center stage, up on a throne, and offered her voice back, followed by sacred witnessing in silence of this marvelous part of YOU. Peter will be offering QiGong to open our sacred space. Peter brings his love of a moving meditation from China called Qigong. For thousands of years people have captured the essence of these simple movements to maintain balance and to heal themselves mentally and physically. Qigong accelerates healing and has a positive clinically recognized effect on almost all physical symptoms. Qigong helps heal the physical body and release stress of the mind. By moving your body, releasing trigger points, and stimulating your circulatory system, you literally become your own massage therapist. Simultaneously these movements help release negative emotions and memories that you no longer need and allow yourself to be much more present in your "now" so in a sense you become your own psychiatrist at the same time! Come learn how to build the foundation of being your own health advocate and enjoy emotional freedom and connection to all that is! Then he will be holding the sacred space of masculine energy, giving each woman the opportunity to reset any of the times that her voice or choice or personal emotion/expression was hindered or held back.
