A real, modernized leather bar. Why doesn't every city have one?

After I wandered through construction zone after construction zone I finally found it LOL and this is what leather bars should be in 2011. Cool art on the walls, butch staff who actually wear gear (why is this so rare at other leather bars???!!!), real men, comfortable seating, upbeat but non-intrusive house music. The guys ranged in age from 20s to 60s, most were pretty butch but the effeminate guys also seemed pretty comfortable. In fact I took one of them back to the hotel. ;-) I only wish that every 'Eagle' bar was like this one and that the scenesters at the dance clubs knew what they're missing

Whoa! Too much!

I've only been here a few times, but man... some of the very friendly studs bought me lotsa booze one night, and I was having a make-out orgy with a couple guys... Note the make-out part... lol. Good place for pool... they sometimes have popcorn to snack on (good idea before people start buying you drinks!) Definitely a place you can go for a hot hookup (though it seems the crowd is mostly 30+) Cubs and otters and bears, oh my! :-D

go on a leather night!

The Eagle is typically the older gay bar being located in a scuzzy area of town, but the place rocks, especially on a leather night which attracks some pretty hot asses. can I say asses? lol check it out.

Leather daddies know how to throw a party!

Best nights tend to be leather or uniform nights (always optional) as they tend to bring out the crowds, but leave the attitude at home. This place is friendly, laid back and unpretentious :) The Eagle definitely has the best Pride party in town BAR NONE! Cheap drinks, good bbq, great dj, fun times.

Bad Location is the only Problem

Well, what can I say, the biggest homeless shelters in the city is where this Bar lurks, so you know what kind of people just bust in?? take a guess... Homeless men.. well this appeals to the 40-100 club of men so if your young looking for a furry bear type in his 20's - 30's well... But I cant dis out this place comnpletly, I mean at least they are trying, It is just gross tho how as soon as you walk in you see porn... :S
