Backlot could use some updating. Investing some money into the interior would be a good idea. I'm really missing being able to glance up every now and then and see the eye candy on the tv screens.

This bar is going down hill over time, with more street people wandering in and straight women. The bar seems to have stopped putting gay men on their TVs to please the street people and women sitting at the bar.

A very nice bar .... very neighborhood, everyone knows everyone else .. so don't expect to make new contacts here. Great to have a drink in a familiar environment; don't be suprised if everyone is chatting around you.

not in the best area for a gay bar considering the myriad of str8 clubs on the same street......Been there a few times for a drink before going somewhere else. Not a fan of the video slide show of retro porn stars & their bits.

I was curious about this bar,as I had read about it.One night I went to it,and came away disappointed.Although it was a week night(and I knew it would not be real busy)it was almost totally deadsville. "YAWN . Stay home and save your money!

Small bar hidden away down an alley. Very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. The rest room is a little odd tho as it's kinda open to the bar!

It's hard to find, kind of hidden among the other bars, and once you go in, it's very small. The PowerPoint of naked men running continually on tvs in the corners madeit clear that this was a men's bar, however, there were still some women there. The staff was friendly and there were lots of types of beer available.
